We offer two different options for completing these surveys: live or automated calls. In this case, the difference between the two is only marginal. Obviously, nothing can beat a skilled, professional human operator in terms of communication. However, a machine never stops, never gets tired, and always delivers the exact same accurate responses to every single customer. The customer also gets the added advantage of their opinions not being personally known by someone since it's just a machine. They press a number to say "Yes" or "No" and they're done.
